Second: “Land”. The property is currently 131 acres of land with adjoining acreage that may be available to purchase. Developing and expanding the land area into a
multi-purpose facility will allow for many different types of use and revenue streams.
Third: “Speed”. What more needs to be said? The property has been a motorsports facility since 1964. I intend to expand the current oval track and dragstrip racing operations to include drift events, all types of ATV and motorcycle racing, national karting events (including shifter karts), Stadium Trucks, water sports, and mud racing, etc. These are a few examples of the new types of racing excitement Movieland Speedpark will be bringing to Chandler.
Fourth: “Park”. The land size allows for the creation of a full family park. Movieland will be installing a 4 mile bike path, a small 10 acre stocked fishing pond, a 3 hole professional golf course with a driving and putting range, camping facilities with hookups, football, baseball, and soccer fields, and the world’s largest guitar shaped community swimming pool, plus many other family type activities.
